The Breakers on the Ocean offers a variety of different wedding packages including our Devotion Wedding and special Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day and New Year’s Eve weddings.  

Seashell Wedding
An intimate wedding with a minimum adult guest guarantee of fifty is held in our Seashell Room. The four hour Seashell Wedding takes place from one-thirty to five-thirty in the afternoon.  The first hour of the wedding, the cocktail hour, is held either on our Front Porch overlooking the ocean (weather permitting) or in our Seashell Lounge.  The cocktail hour is followed by either an elegant sit-down reception or a more relaxed buffet style reception.  We also offer a Wedding Brunch, a Cocktail Reception Wedding and our deluxe Devotion Wedding.  Special menus are available for Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day and New Year’s Eve.  We are happy to customize a wedding menu to incorporate seasonal culinary specialties or to compliment individual tastes and preferences.

Crystal Ballroom Wedding
A wedding of one hundred or more adult guests is held in our Crystal Ballroom.  The five hour Crystal Ballroom Wedding is available from twelve noon until five in the afternoon or in the evening starting at either five-thirty or six o’clock.   The first hour of the wedding, the cocktail hour, is held either on our Front Porch overlooking the ocean (weather permitting) or in our Seaview Room.   The cocktail hour is followed by either an elegant sit-down reception or a more relaxed buffet style reception.  We also offer a Wedding Brunch, a Cocktail Reception Wedding and our deluxe Devotion Wedding.  Special menus are available for Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day and New Year’s Eve. One of our Rehearsal Dinner options, The Jersey Shore Clambake Buffet Rehearsal Dinner and our Morning After Jersey Shore Breakfast Buffet, specially priced for our Bride and Groom, will enhance the celebration.

Wedding Ceremony
A ceremony may be performed indoors in our beautifully appointed Ballroom, outdoors on our wrap-around porch or at the Boardwalk Gazebo directly across the street from The Breakers.  All locations offer a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean.  Both your Wedding Coordinator and your Banquet Maitre d’ will assist you in organizing the ceremony on your wedding day.  Arrangements may be made with your Wedding Coordinator.

Private Cocktail Hour
A private cocktail hour for the Bride and Groom and their wedding party is held in our Hospitality Room.  An International Cheese Display along with two hot hors d’oeuvres selections and passed hors d’oeuvres are served with a choice of cocktails. A private server will attend to all needs and requests.  Approximately five minutes before the end of the cocktail hour the banquet maitre d’ will prepare the Bride and Groom and their wedding party for their introductions which will be coordinated by the Band Leader or Disc Jockey.

Children and Professionals
There is no charge for children 3 years and younger.  We offer a child’s meal of Chicken Fingers and French Fries for $16.00, inclusive of tax and gratuity, for children 8 years and younger.  Young adults, under the age of 21 years, are charged 50% of the adult price. A meal of Salad and Pasta is offered for your wedding professionals (Band Members, DJ, Photographer, etc.) at a cost of $16.00 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Linens
The Breakers on the Ocean offers floor length White or Champagne table linens. Any other style or color of linens may be rented through your wedding coordinator at an additional fee. Our Gold Opulence Linen is available, upon request, for a $5.00 per table fee.

Attended Coat Check
Available, when necessary, at no additional cost.

Taxes
Prices are subject to New Jersey state sales tax.

Banquet Maitre d’
The Breakers does not charge a Maitre d’ service fee.  However, it is at the sole discretion of the client, if deemed appropriate, to show appreciation.

We offer seasonal discounts as well as off-peak discounts.
