General Information 

  • Check-In Time:  3:00 p.m.

  • Check-Out Time:  12 noon

  • Special requests including specific room requests, early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests.

  • All guest rooms are non-smoking.

  • Advance payments are required in the form of a check.

  • Balance of stay is due upon arrival and a valid credit card is required upon check-in.

  • We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.

  • We do not accept pets.

  • Please inquire about our limited restaurant and lounge hours and days of operation during the months of December, January, February and March.

  • Gift Certificates are available and make a perfect gift.

Reservation Hours

  • Reservations are accepted from 8:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily.

Rate Information

  • Rates do not include 15% NJ State Sales Tax, New Jersey Occupancy Tax and Municipality Tax.

  • All rates are based on single or double occupancy.

  • Extra adult in room will incur an additional $30.00 charge per evening.

  • Prices are subject to change prior to reservation booking without notice.

High Season

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Weekends during June & September – 2 night minimum

  • Weekends during July & August – 3 night minimum

  • Memorial Day Weekend – 3 night minimum

  • Fourth of July – 4 night minimum

  • Labor Day Weekend – 4 night minimum

  • Minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.

Advance Payment

  • Reservations of two nights or less require a one night advance payment plus applicable tax.

  • All other reservations require a minimum advance payment of two nights plus applicable tax.

  • Balance of stay is due upon arrival.

  • Reservations require an advance payment in the form of a check (unless otherwise noted).

  • Credit cards are accepted if presented in person.

  • Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July and Labor Day Weekend require pre-payment in full.

Cancellation / Early Departure Policy

Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.  Advance payments will be refunded if the Breakers on the Ocean is notified more than 14 days prior to reservation arrival date (minus a $30.00 handling charge).  Cancellation within 14 days of reservation arrival date will result in a forfeiture of any advance payment.
