Each room at the Breakers on the Ocean is unique and size and layout of rooms in each category may vary.  Most offer a side-view of the ocean and town or a side-view of the ocean and pool.  Several offer direct ocean front views.

Bed choices include king, queen or two queens.  Luxury rooms (Tower, Luxury Superior, Luxury Deluxe and Luxury Special rooms) are the most generous in size and offer sofas and  granite or marble gas fireplaces.  Most rooms have whirlpool baths and many have in-room safes as well as a VCR and/or DVD player.
